What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for the Enterprise DevSecOps Engineering team and establish enterprise DevOps strategies.
• Lead initiatives that improve developer experience, software delivery velocity, quality, security, and productivity.
• Design CI/CD strategies, deployment standards, reusable interfaces, and automation frameworks.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps and align engineering outcomes with business priorities.
• Drive operational excellence for connected services supporting continuous 24x7x365 operations.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Platform Engineering, Quality Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Change & Release Management teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience across multiple technology disciplines.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise CI/CD solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience automating, deploying, and managing cloud applications and infrastructure in AWS.
• 2+ years of experience with container orchestration platforms such as Amazon EKS or Red Hat OpenShift.
• At least 1 year of experience implementing feature flag strategies and Blue-Green deployment architectures in enterprise environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, container orchestration, configuration management, infrastructure automation, monitoring and observability, security, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience administering GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Octopus Deploy, AWS services, testing automation, and security tools.
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI within DevOps toolchains and engineering workflows.
• Experience building SCM, CI, and CD solutions that simplify the developer experience.
• Technical leadership, team coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship management experience.
