DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

Salary: $138,000 annual base salary plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Architect, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
• Own system reliability, performance, monitoring, and observability using Grafana, Sentry, and Laravel Nightwatch.
• Manage infrastructure and specialized environments for AI, data science, and ML workloads.
• Drive security and compliance initiatives, including SOC2 and PCI DSS audits and technical controls.
• Develop internal tools for cross-functional teams and manage AI integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work remotely.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure as code, Terraform, automation, and infrastructure security.
• Strong coding background and willingness to work with PHP and Laravel.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
• Ability to manage infrastructure for AI, ML, and data science workloads.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOC2 or PCI DSS compliance audits.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Availability for periodic travel to headquarters meetings and company on-sites.
