Technical Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex initiatives across multiple Product and R&D teams.
• Define solutions with Product and R&D leads and coordinate dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines.
• Support quarterly planning across OKRs, capacity, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Maintain delivery discipline through progress tracking, Gantt planning, capacity planning, risk assessment, and scope control.
• Track external commitments, including client deadlines and partner launch dates.
• Resolve bottlenecks and balance business priorities with technical constraints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical project or program management experience in a high-tech R&D environment.
• Proven experience delivering initiatives across several interdependent teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, the software development lifecycle, planning, dependency management, risk control, and change control.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and planning tools.
• Technical academic or professional background with the ability to discuss system architecture and technical challenges.
• University degree, preferably a B.Sc., and professional English strong enough to lead calls with international partners and write management updates.

• Background in sports, media, or video technology.
