ETP Project Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Rehovot, Israel. Full-time onsite role with approximately 10% travel. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Lead divisional technical and R&D projects from planning through execution.
• Own project plans, validate resource allocation, map activities, and resolve execution gaps.
• Manage timelines, work plans, routing RERs, delivery risks, and dependencies.
• Plan, control, and optimize budgets for projects valued at multiple millions of dollars.
• Partner with module owners, systems engineering, disciplinary owners, product lines, operations, ICT, and finance.
• Lead multidisciplinary groups, make project decisions, and drive end-to-end execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• More than 5 years of experience working on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• More than 3 years of experience as a project manager or in direct team management.
• Strong project management methodology, technical product and systems understanding, and management skills in a complex matrix environment.
• Ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, manage risks, overcome obstacles, and lead without formal authority.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, AI, and PDP.
