EIT Portfolio Manager

What you will do

• Own and drive the end-to-end EIT tools and solutions roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Manage solution projects, prioritization, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary liaison between R&D, GIS/EIT, IPC groups, and other business functions.
• Gather cross-functional requirements and ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
• Plan and track Continuous Improvement Processes to improve system performance and usability.
• Lead change management, training, communication, and user adoption for new tools and system upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in EIT portfolio or product management, ideally bridging IT/GIS and engineering.
• Strong understanding of EIT systems, GIS/EIT architectures, and solution prioritization frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience driving change management and rolling out tools across large organizations.
• Ability to lead without authority and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
