What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning and AI solutions for complex business challenges.
• Build multi-agent systems and equip AI models with function- and tool-calling capabilities.
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation systems grounded in enterprise data.
• Assess, integrate, and optimize large language models, AI agents, and agentic workflows for production use.
• Test system prompts and few-shot examples to improve the accuracy, consistency, and safety of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with platform teams, data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders; participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in machine learning libraries and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven experience with large language models, AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM orchestration frameworks, and reasoning patterns.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of probability, linear algebra, optimization, software development best practices, testing, version control, and documentation.
• Relevant experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field, together with strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and debugging skills.
