Staff Product Manager (Hardware) (AI cameras and sports technology): Defining and launching Veo's camera capture portfolio across hardware, AI, and app experiences with an accent on user value, product strategy, pricing, and hardware feasibility. Focus on choosing product directions under uncertainty, balancing optics, thermals, battery, cost, and subscription economics, and measuring field reliability, activation, usage, and retention.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; on-site

develops automated sports cameras that follow play, support livestreaming across more than 10 sports, and provide automated data enrichment.
What you will do
- Define the capture hardware portfolio, product strategy, target users, value proposition, and product-market rationale.
- Choose which camera concepts belong in the product line and establish their positioning and differentiation.
- Connect hardware, AI, and app capabilities into complete products and own product launches.
- Set pricing, positioning, margin, attach, and subscription revenue objectives.
- Bring optics, thermal performance, battery, and cost considerations into early product decisions with engineering.
- Define and report success metrics including activation, recorded sessions, field reliability, and retention.
Requirements
- Proven product management experience bringing physical hardware products to market where hardware and software meet.
- Track record of setting and defending product direction based on customer value and commercial viability.
- Strong commercial judgment and close engagement with users.
- Ability to make early decisions with incomplete information in hardware development.
- Working fluency in optics, thermal performance, battery technology, and product cost to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Ability to work on-site from the Copenhagen office.

- Experience with hardware-plus-subscription business models.
