NPI Program Manager (3D Printing)

What you will do

• Lead NPI programs for new 3D printers and accessories from concept through mass production.
• Develop manufacturing plans covering capacity, production scheduling, and materials management.
• Partner with engineering teams to implement Design for Manufacturing principles and resolve production challenges.
• Manage contract manufacturers and regional suppliers against quality and production targets.
• Improve production efficiency, reduce costs, enhance product quality, and manage program risks.
• Communicate program status and risks to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations program management, preferably in consumer electronics or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience launching new products into mass production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese; ability to travel up to 40%.
