Facebook Ads Media Buyer (Facebook/Instagram)

Location: Latvia; fully remote and work from anywhere in the world. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Chicago time (CST).

Salary: $1,000–$2,500 per month before taxes, depending on experience and the number of accounts managed.

What you will do

• Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across all formats.
• Identify target audiences, demographics, and advanced targeting settings.
• Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, cost per qualified lead, sales, and other KPIs.
• Develop and test marketing hypotheses and creative strategies with management.
• Recommend improvements to landing pages and marketing funnels.
• Manage up to 10 advertising accounts and prepare weekly performance reports.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram Ads, including Website Leads, Instant Forms, Messenger Leads, Lookalike Audiences, and Custom Audiences.
• Experience setting up conversion tracking with Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
• Ability to identify marketing trends, develop funnels, and propose effective solutions.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher; projects, campaign setups, and creative copy are handled in English.
• Exclusive full-time commitment is required; simultaneous work for other companies, agencies, freelance clients, or outside projects is not permitted.

Nice to have

• Strong experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for brainstorming, research, and idea generation.
