Senior Data Platform Engineer

What you will do

• Build high-volume batch and near-real-time ingestion services and evolve streaming capabilities.
• Design and optimize data solutions and pipelines for distributed microservices environments.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance across the data platform.
• Manage Kubernetes infrastructure and use KEDA to dynamically scale large-scale data processing workloads.
• Own the data stack lifecycle with Terraform and Kubernetes, from provisioning through application-level frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and drive best practices for infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and system design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Platform or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Experience building and operating scalable data infrastructure based on data lake architectures.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale data processing workloads on Kubernetes, including KEDA autoscaling.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience, preferably with Terraform.
• Experience with Airflow or Prefect and Snowflake.
