Account Executive, Mid-Market

What you will do

• Own the complete sales process from lead conversion through closing.
• Build strategic prospecting campaigns and sequencing to generate new opportunities.
• Develop medium-sized business prospects into active hirify.global customers.
• Manage and close complex transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct deal reviews, maintain forecasts, and develop a professional career roadmap.
• Identify market opportunities and help customers address complex communication challenges using hirify.global Talk, Contact Center, and Sell.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience in a changing environment.
• Experience managing and closing strategic deal cycles involving multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS sales, including UCaaS and/or CCaaS, is preferred.
• Ability to work closely with Sales leadership and Sales Engineers.
