QA Automation Engineer (Java/Katalon): Developing and maintaining automated tests for innovative solutions supporting investment banking and financial services operations with an accent on Web UI, Windows environments, and CI/CD integration. Focus on designing test automation with Java, Groovy, Cucumber, Jenkins, Git, and Katalon while solving complex quality challenges across web and enterprise systems.

Location: Hybrid in Porto, Portugal

What you will do

Develop and maintain automated tests for web and Windows-based systems.
Support quality assurance for innovative solutions in investment banking and financial services.
Work with Web UI technologies including HTML and CSS.
Integrate testing activities with CI/CD tooling, including Jenkins, Windows Server, and Git repositories.
Use Java, Groovy, Cucumber, Katalon, SQL, JIRA/Xray, and Bitbucket in the testing workflow.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in test automation or software development.
Ability to solve problems in Windows and Web UI environments.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience with CI/CD tools, Windows Server, Jenkins, and Git repositories.
Good level of English is required.
