Senior Sales Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Deliver compelling platform presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Drive and manage complex technical evaluations and engagements throughout the sales process.
• Connect customer business problems with technical solutions and articulate technology value propositions.
• Debug common customer issues and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.
• Represent the product at customer meetings, conferences, seminars, and other field events.
• Communicate customer requirements to Engineering teams and collaborate with sales counterparts.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in sales engineering or a related technical customer-facing role.
• Strong presentation, product demonstration, communication, and technical storytelling skills.
• Software development experience, a prior developer background, or experience working with developers in a DevOps role.
• Strong cloud knowledge and experience with infrastructure automation such as Terraform.
• Singapore citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory with minimal restrictions and occasionally on short notice.
