Retail Vertical Customer Success Consultant (Retail)

Location: Hybrid, Budapest, Hungary

Salary: 10,421,000–12,500,000 HUF annual salary plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with assigned retailer clients.
• Understand customer priorities, business challenges, industry trends, and strategic objectives.
• Deliver retail measurement insights, analyses, and consultative recommendations that create measurable business value.
• Drive engagement and adoption of hirify.global products, services, and solutions.
• Conduct business reviews and insight presentations while managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Monitor customer health, identify risks, and implement retention and growth strategies in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Reporting Hub.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of the retail and T&D or FMCG industry.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Hungarian; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
