Senior Linux Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

Rate: Up to 150 PLN per hour on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Design and implement automation processes using CI/CD technologies and procedures.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies for self-healing platform capabilities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and Linux system administration support.
• Create documentation for automation processes for end users, engineers, and architects.
• Drive innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate within a SAFe Scrum framework.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+ environments.
• Experience with Google Compute Engine and migrations from VMware to GCE.
• Knowledge of Red Hat Satellite patch management and automation.
• High proficiency in Bash and dynamic programming languages such as Python and Perl.
• Extensive experience with Ansible and familiarity with Git and Jira.
• RHCSA certification or extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat 8+, Agile/Scrum experience, and fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of network administration and configuration.
• Experience with Windows system integration.
