What you will do
- Develop data center business plans, long-term growth strategies, and related policies.
- Build strategic synergies across Group and formulate external data center and cloud sales strategies.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and plan data center resource allocation based on demand and capacity.
- Manage data center revenue, expenses, cost allocation, maintenance, and operating cost plans.
- Develop medium- and long-term inventory, procurement, allocation, and data center development plans.
- Plan and measure efficiency improvements and automation using AI/ML and other technologies, including green initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning and development, preferably in the data center domain.
- Experience in complex commercial development, preferably within the data center industry.
- Strong analytical, technical, organizational, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Strategic mindset with a record of contributing to organizational growth and driving execution through collaboration.
- Fluent Japanese and advanced English are required.
