Senior Lab Technician – 3rd Shift (Analytical Toxicology)

Location: Santa Rosa, California, United States. Schedule: 3rd shift, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM.

hirify.global is recruiting for a client operating an analytical toxicology laboratory.

What you will do

• Review analytical laboratory data and process instrument results.
• Identify analyzed samples and verify sample sequences for each batch.
• Conduct first reviews of GC/MS and/or LC/MS/MS data according to assay SOPs.
• Generate analytical reports and upload or transcribe results into the Laboratory Information System.
• Maintain chain-of-custody records, batch documentation, and accurate laboratory files.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and escalate emerging issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• At least one year of analytical laboratory experience.
• Ability to safely work with biological specimens, chemicals, equipment, and analytical instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and documentation requirements.
• Availability to work full-time on the 3rd shift in Santa Rosa, California, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Nice to have

• Experience in toxicology, clinical, pharmaceutical, or another regulated laboratory environment.
• Experience with GC/MS and/or LC/MS/MS analytical data.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems and chain-of-custody documentation.
