What you will do
- Provide non-voice support through email and chat.
- Answer how-to and FAQ-style questions from Spotify users.
- Assist with account management and payment-related issues.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Requirements
- Dutch at C1 level.
- English at C1 level.
- Valid EU work permit required to work in Bulgaria.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends.
