Technology People Partnering Manager (iGaming): Supporting a technology organization across Italy, Turkey and Albania through employee lifecycle management, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning with an accent on labor-law compliance, HR analytics, and cross-country learning initiatives. Focus on designing engagement programs, coordinating performance and exit processes, and maintaining consistent HR support across multiple Italian locations.
Location: Rome, Italy, with a hybrid working model. The role supports technology teams across Italy, Turkey and Albania and requires travel across Italy at least once a month.
Base pay: €57,258–€69,445 gross per year under the Italian Commercio collective agreement, level Quadro.

What you will do
- Partner with technology leaders on people strategies, employee engagement and organizational growth.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, salary reviews and exits.
- Monitor workforce metrics and labor costs to support data-driven business decisions.
- Design and coordinate cross-country learning, team-building and engagement initiatives for the technology population.
- Provide guidance on employment contracts, terminations, disciplinary matters and employee relations in line with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR operations across Milan, Rome, Naples, Palermo and Porcari, covering approximately 337 employees.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Experience with employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, performance management, employee development and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, stakeholder management and business partnering.
- Experience designing learning, engagement and talent development initiatives across multiple locations.
- Analytical, project management, communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Workday and fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken; availability to travel across Italy at least once a month.
