HR Business Partner (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Rome, Italy. No relocation is available.

Annualized salary range: €52,100–€88,600. The role may also include a 14% annual incentive bonus and long-term incentive participation depending on role level.

What you will do

• Provide HR partnership and expert guidance to leaders and managers across Italy.
• Develop and drive local talent, diversity, learning, and organizational alignment strategies.
• Coach managers through talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation planning.
• Support organizational change, leadership effectiveness, talent acquisition, and critical HR initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, policies, procedures, and employment standards.
• Support compensation and benefits execution, HR administration, and collaboration with central HR Shared Services.

Requirements

• University degree; a master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Substantial experience as an HR Business Partner in Italy.
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization; pharmaceutical industry experience is an asset.
• Project management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building and communication skills.
• Fluent Italian and English are required.
