HR Business Partner - IT Division (Generative AI)

Location: Bologna, Italy; hybrid work with 1 remote day per week

Salary: €24,000–€50,000 gross annual salary

What you will do

• Manage assigned client accounts as the primary point of contact and translate business objectives into technical resource requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT consultants through regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and career planning.
• Partner with HR and recruitment teams on end-to-end selection processes, including job definition, interviews, and technical assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future client needs.
• Coordinate resource allocation across multiple client projects and contribute to account growth and team expansion planning.
• Maintain strong client relationships, service quality, and consultant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in IT consulting, team management, or client-facing roles.
• Experience with generative AI tools.
• Master’s degree.
• Fluent Italian and English required.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in Bologna under a hybrid arrangement with 1 remote day per week.
