What you will do
- Drive organization-wide strategies, roadmaps, and scaling frameworks for a business unit or product line.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and individual contributors, including headcount and performance management.
- Own business KPIs and operational SLA metrics, build business cases, and run complex data models.
- Partner with global product, operations, legal, and engineering stakeholders to align cross-functional execution.
- Identify bottlenecks and operational risks while overseeing major business rollouts and lifecycle management.
- Lead change management and organizational resilience initiatives during high-velocity business shifts.
Requirements
- Experience leading strategic initiatives, operational or product strategy, and scalable process design.
- Strong data analytics, root cause analysis, and continuous process optimization capabilities.
- Experience managing teams, performance, career development, and organizational planning.
- Ability to influence international stakeholders across functions and time zones.
- Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style with a strong bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
