Senior GenAI Engineer (Agentic AI & Databricks)

What you will do

• Shape GenAI architecture, evaluate trade-offs, and own technical decisions from design through production delivery.
• Design, build, and orchestrate AI agents using LLMs, prompts, and tools for data collection, indexing, and market intelligence workflows.
• Develop Databricks lakehouse structures and data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Build ontologies and knowledge models that provide context for agent reasoning.
• Integrate agents with Databricks capabilities and evaluate Genie and custom agent frameworks.
• Develop Python components for web scraping, content extraction, indexing, and continuous engineering improvements.

Requirements

• Senior-level engineering experience owning complex solutions from architecture and design through production.
• Strong Python engineering skills and experience writing reliable production code.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI applications, LLM integration, agentic frameworks, and prompt and tool orchestration.
• Experience building data pipelines and processing structured and unstructured data.
• Practical Databricks experience, including lakehouse structures, notebooks, and workflows.
• Strong architectural judgment, delivery focus, technology-agnostic decision-making, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, scalable web scraping, or crawling solutions.
• Familiarity with Databricks Genie or agent frameworks integrated with data platforms.
• Experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, content indexing, or greenfield architecture.
