Project Director (Data Centre)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of hyperscale and colocation data center projects from development through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple project teams and provide governance and direction across all project phases.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high standards of quality and operational readiness.
• Drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and alignment with client objectives.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and influence project managers and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience successfully delivering hyperscale and colocation data center projects.
• Demonstrated ability in end-to-end program management.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement, risk, and quality practices.
• Strong critical thinking and evaluation skills.
• Superior people management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide strategic leadership.
