Payments Data Analyst (Payments)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Work arrangements for roles based in Klaipėda or Riga may vary by position.

Salary: €3,500–€5,200 gross per month

What you will do

• Develop and maintain performance reports for payment analytics and support report users.
• Merge complex data sources and automate data processes.
• Define, monitor, and communicate product KPIs while proactively flagging issues.
• Analyze data to identify user-behavior anomalies, prevent fraud, and reduce chargebacks.
• Optimize payment flows and provide recommendations to improve business metrics.
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to improve data collection and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in payments, fraud, risk, or e-commerce.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions with minimal guidance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with fraud, risk, payments, or transaction data.
• Experience with DBT.
