TL;DR
Full-Stack Team Lead (React/.NET): Building and integrating product management services into customer-facing solutions for network video and security products with an accent on full-stack development, technical leadership, and people management. Focus on defining a new team, integrating products with internal developers and customers, and developing scalable web solutions using TypeScript, React, databases, and APIs.
Location: Lund, Sweden; the position is based at the Lund campus

What you will do
- Lead and build a new full-stack solutions team.
- Integrate department products into customer-focused solutions and product management services.
- Work with internal developers, Axis partners, and customers to understand product usage and needs.
- Coach and grow team members while defining effective ways of working.
- Contribute to web application and software development across the solution stack.
Requirements
- Experience developing software with the .NET framework and web applications.
- Experience leading a team or holding clear people responsibility.
- Documented experience with TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Git and Linux development environments.
- Experience with databases such as ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MySQL, or MongoDB, plus RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer, electrical, or physics science/engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Go, .NET, or C#.
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools.
