Location: 268538 Turnersville Monroe, United States; onsite retail service location
Salary: $22.66–$37.92 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance-based flat-rate compensation.

What you will do
- Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
- Perform general automotive maintenance and tire repairs to specification.
- Explain technical diagnoses and required repairs to customers without mechanical backgrounds.
- Assist with and train technicians and mechanics on technical activities.
- Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
- Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of the A1–A8 areas within the first two years.
Requirements
- Valid automobile driver's license required at all times, with ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
- Demonstrated skill in brake and hydraulic systems and/or steering, suspension, and alignments.
- Experience with general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
- Current federal, state, and local certifications or licenses where applicable.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people, with reading, writing, and math skills.
- Preferred: three years of automotive repair experience, vocational-technical training, third-party assessments or certifications, and/or A.S.E. certification in at least one A1–A8 area.
