TL;DR
Program Manager (Data): Coordinating a connected portfolio of data and technology projects by integrating plans, dependencies, governance, risks, capacity, budgets, and reporting with an accent on program-level delivery control and measurable outcomes. Focus on consolidating project information, resolving cross-project blockers, tracking benefits and KPIs, and preparing evidence-based recommendations for portfolio reviews.

What you will do
- Translate portfolio priorities into integrated program plans covering objectives, milestones, schedules, resources, budgets, forecasts, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate planning sessions, delivery reviews, dependency meetings, capacity planning, and follow-up on program decisions.
- Establish program governance and consolidate project risks, issues, dependencies, RAID logs, status reports, and action plans.
- Track data quality, architecture, security, documentation, regulatory, and operational-readiness requirements while escalating blockers and resource conflicts.
- Prepare dashboards, executive reports, steering committee materials, and recommendations based on program health, benefits, and performance data.
- Improve program and project management practices across the Data Office.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
- Practical program management experience across interconnected data or technology projects.
- Experience coordinating and challenging multiple Project Managers while preserving project-level accountability.
- Strong knowledge of integrated planning, dependency management, risk management, benefits tracking, capacity planning, and consolidated reporting.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required, including executive-level reports, governance packs, and decision papers.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of data platforms, data products, data governance, and data lifecycle management.
- Experience with Big Data technologies, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional delivery methods.
- PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or SAFe certification.
- Experience with budgets, vendors, contracts, external delivery partners, payments, financial services, or fintech.
