Senior Brand Expression Designer (Graphic or AI)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States; onsite role

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, visualize, and execute consumer experiences and visual design adaptations for brands.
• Translate consumer needs, brand identity, and visual direction into functional, engaging, and brand-aligned experiences.
• Strengthen brand equity and visual identity across programs, collections, propositions, and sub-brands.
• Generate concepts by analyzing cultural, visual, category, and consumer trends.
• Manage multiple projects across different stages and maintain consistent visual storytelling and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners, mentor designers, and present design rationale to senior leadership.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of full-time design experience outside freelance work.
• Portfolio demonstrating design mastery, brand identity expertise, creative excellence, storytelling, ideation, problem-solving, and technical mastery.
• Strong capabilities in brand expression, graphic design, design adaptation, sketching, rapid visualization, rendering, 2D and 3D prototyping, package design, layout, and digital design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring designers, managing multiple projects, communicating design intent, and presenting to leadership.
