Senior Brand Designer (Sports Betting)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite work at the NYC office

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base annually, plus meaningful equity

Build a sports prediction market designed to make sports trading more fair, efficient, and accessible to users.

What you will do

• Solidify and evolve the brand identity as the business scales, serving as its design steward.
• Own concepts from art direction through execution across brand, campaign, and marketing work.
• Partner with product, marketing, leadership, and product design on strategic design initiatives.
• Create icons, illustrations, promotional assets, and branded moments within the app.
• Identify opportunities to improve the design system and independently drive them from concept to delivery.
• Direct contract designers on overflow work.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of design experience at leading brands, studios, agencies, startups, or in-house teams.
• A high-quality portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment and craft.
• Experience across print and digital design, with the ability to work as an art director, strategist, and designer.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience building or evolving a brand identity from the ground up.
• Comfort with autonomy, ambiguity, startup pace, and work connected to live sports, including possible nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• Product design familiarity.
• Motion design experience.
• Experience directing contract or freelance designers.
• Interest or experience in sports, betting, prediction markets, or other regulated categories.
