Delivery Solutions Architect (Healthcare & Life Sciences)

Location: United States; hybrid role

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD annually, plus potential performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution for strategic healthcare and life sciences customers.
• Drive Databricks use cases from onboarding and enablement through production launch, healthy consumption, and ongoing adoption.
• Own execution plans covering use-case delivery, user growth, product adoption, cost control, optimization, and governance.
• Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Shared Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Act as the first technical contact for production and go-live issues across complex customer organizations.
• Report customer health, usage, risks, investment status, and use-case progression to technical leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems and the ability to connect deliverables with business outcomes.
• Experience with technical program or project management, stakeholder and resource management, executive escalations, discovery workshops, roadmaps, and complex delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience; willingness to travel up to 30%.
