Graphic Designer II

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid work environment

Base salary: $86,200–$150,850 per year; new hires generally start between $86,200 and $102,300 per year.

What you will do

• Develop graphic concepts, logos, promotional materials, branding assets, and communication media for print and digital applications.
• Manage the full design and production process from concept through final artwork and file delivery.
• Research and create diversified, brand-appropriate graphics while maintaining brand integrity and visual cohesion.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through meetings, discussions, and presentations.
• Solve complex design problems and execute work independently across multiple concurrent projects and brand categories.
• Stay current with design applications, print trends, and media techniques while maintaining precise technical organization.

Requirements

• Three to four years of relevant professional experience or equivalent expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
• Proficiency in creating design work aligned with brand requirements and in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration skills, independence, organization, and attention to detail.
• For this hybrid role, work is based in Bellevue, Washington, United States.
