Analyst, Data Systems (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Support clinical research trials in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Design and maintain clinical data collection, management, and transmission systems that reflect study protocols and end-user needs.
• Review draft protocols and advise on study setup, workflows, data collection, and external sponsor or vendor requirements.
• Maintain data quality systems and ensure quality and performance metrics are captured accurately and on time.
• Support documentation, testing, validation, implementation, and upgrades of data management systems.
• Mentor, coach, and train research staff on data management, GCP, GCDMP, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical research and clinical research data systems.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Thorough knowledge of data management and pharmaceutical research and development.
• Working knowledge of GXP, GCDMP, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and collaborate with personnel at all organizational levels.

• Experience with electronic source systems.
