Senior Data Engineer (Commercial Data)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement cloud-based data and analytics platforms, pipelines, and data products primarily in Microsoft Azure.
• Acquire, cleanse, transform, store, and publish data from diverse sources for commercial and analytics use cases.
• Build automation solutions, AI-powered workflows, AI agents, and agentic solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.
• Develop capabilities for consumption data, sales, market share, customer point-of-sale, pricing, promotion, competitive, media, creative performance, and research analytics.
• Partner with business leaders, product managers, analytics teams, and technical stakeholders within Agile product teams.
• Influence adoption of emerging data, analytics, and AI technologies across Family Care.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python/PySpark and SQL/SparkSQL.
• 5+ years of experience building large-scale data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, data modeling, data warehousing, analytics platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Hands-on cloud implementation experience, with strong preference for Microsoft Azure.
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, intelligent workflows, or other AI-powered solutions, and using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, Ohio; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AAS, DAX, and Power BI.
• Azure Data Engineer Associate, Databricks Professional Data Engineer, Apache Spark Developer Associate, or Google Professional Data Engineer certification.
• Agile Scrum experience and exposure to data pipelines in GCP.
