What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise ETL processes with IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Design data mappings and transformation logic across Army Human Resources Command data sources.
- Maintain cyber and information assurance database systems while meeting security requirements.
- Support data projects across the lifecycle, from ingestion through reporting.
- Implement job scheduling and monitoring for reliable 24/7 data pipelines.
- Create data flow diagrams, mapping specifications, and system architecture documentation.
Requirements
- US citizenship and active Secret clearance required.
- CompTIA Security+ or IAT Level II certification required; the qualifications also specify IAT Level III certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience, including at least 3 years working with ETL for Army Human Resources Command data.
- Hands-on IBM InfoSphere DataStage experience and knowledge of ETL best practices.
- Experience with SQL databases, data warehousing, XML/HTML, open-source development, SQL tuning, and schema management.
