What you will do

• Set the technical direction for hirify.global’s products, engineering organization, and AI-first architecture.
• Build shared AI primitives covering model selection, fine-tuning, orchestration, retrieval, context engineering, tool integration, guardrails, evaluation, and cost control.
• Deploy agentic systems across matching, vetting, onboarding, delivery, and internal operations, with measurable business outcomes.
• Own end-to-end platform architecture, throughput, reliability, security, technical debt, and AI infrastructure costs.
• Lead workforce planning, hiring, team standards, performance development, and executive-level technical strategy.
• Modernize the existing platform while maintaining business continuity and improving engineering productivity through AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership, including significant experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or direct report to one at meaningful scale.
• Hands-on production experience with foundation models, agentic architectures, harness design, retrieval, context engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Experience deploying agentic systems at scale with measured effects on cost, cycle time, quality, or revenue.
• Strong command of distributed systems, service architecture, data-intensive applications, cloud infrastructure, platform economics, and large-scale codebase modernization.
• Experience leading a globally distributed remote team and a proven record of hiring, developing, and holding high standards for technical talent.
