Accounting Analyst

Location: Primarily remote, with required ability to work from the Scottsdale, Arizona office when needed

Salary: $21.24–$28.31 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer service questions and problems related to shipping, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Review employee expense reports and approve them for reimbursement.
• Create and analyze reports, then provide recommendations to management.
• Support offshore staff by answering questions, providing training, and updating documentation.
• Support training for business process changes and participate in process improvement, cost reduction, and issue-resolution initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of analytical or related business experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to research issues and implement solutions.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
• General knowledge of accounting principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, SAP Concur, and/or Service First.
