• Perform audit and accounting procedures for industry-specific real estate issues.
• Audit complex areas and transactions, and prepare financial statements and related reports.
• Conduct analytical reviews of financial accounts and identify trends.
• Help clients resolve complex accounting and audit issues.
• Develop and train interns.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant audit experience preferred.
• Experience with financial statement preparation, audits, and reviews.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam preferred.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to present effective solutions.
