Senior Associate - Audit

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid arrangement

Salary: $78,000–$103,940 per year

What you will do

• Deliver assurance and consulting services to industry-specific middle-market clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and address questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Managers and Partners while coaching and supporting team members.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• CPA eligibility.
• At least three years of experience.
• Experience with financial statement auditing in a public accounting firm is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, collaboration, analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or active progress toward completing the CPA exam.
• Experience supporting middle-market clients.
• Experience interacting with controllers, CFOs, and senior client executives.
• Microsoft Suite skills.
