Associate, Packaging (Medical Devices)

Location: Skaneateles, New York, United States; onsite in a regulated manufacturing environment

What you will do

• Package, label, and prepare blood pressure cuffs, component parts, assemblies, and finished products for shipment.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets according to safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain inventory and material flow, including replenishing components and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Inspect products and materials for defects, damage, and nonconforming conditions.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, GMP, FDA, quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events, 6S principles, continuous improvement, and Zero Harm initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, specifications, and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, visual inspection, color recognition, and defect identification skills.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and basic problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and frequently lift and carry 25–55 pounds; team lifting is required for items over 40 pounds.
