GSOC Operations Analyst

Location: On-site in the Denver, Colorado office, United States. Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Salary: $45,000–$81,070 per year base salary, with potential bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor access control, CCTV, visitor management, alarm, case management, and mass notification platforms.
• Respond to alarms, access violations, duress activations, and other security events according to established procedures.
• Coordinate initial emergency response activities, contact responders and emergency services, and provide incident updates.
• Process employee, contractor, and visitor badge requests, including identity and authorization verification.
• Monitor OSINT feeds, threat alerts, travel advisories, and regional security conditions relevant to hirify.global.
• Maintain incident reports, shift logs, handover notes, system records, and end-of-shift briefings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with physical security technologies, including surveillance, access control, and incident management systems.
• Strong ability to follow complex procedures accurately and consistently under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including factual incident reporting.
• Ability to sustain focused monitoring during extended shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Willingness to work overnight and rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, on-site in Denver.

• Experience in the technology industry.
• Exposure to OSINT tools, security intelligence sources, or threat monitoring platforms.
