Manufacturing Intern (Biotech)

Location: Onsite in York, Pennsylvania; candidates must be local to York, PA.

Full-service CDMO providing formulation, compounding, sterile injectable fill-finish, lyophilization, and commercial-scale production services for pharmaceutical products.

What you will do

• Perform routine and critical aseptic and non-aseptic manufacturing operations for sterile injectable products.
• Prepare equipment, including CIP and SIP operations, and perform cleaning, dissolution, formulation, filtration, and filling activities.
• Follow manufacturing instructions, SOPs, GMP requirements, and applicable FDA and EU regulations.
• Complete production documentation, logbooks, forms, and batch records according to Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain controlled environments through room sanitization and proper aseptic gowning techniques.
• Support deviation investigations, commissioning, validation, engineering, warehouse, and facilities activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related technical field.
• Must be local to York, Pennsylvania.
• Must continue the internship after semester breaks, working part-time or at least 10–15 hours per week during academic semesters.
• Willingness to work extended shifts and a variable schedule when required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong communication, organizational, analytical, and mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, prioritization skills, and commitment to quality and compliance.
