AR Cash and Credit Analyst

Location: Merrimack, NH; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

What you will do

• Process and reconcile customer payments using automated cash application and auto-matching tools.
• Research unapplied and open payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate cash receipt application.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers using financial analysis, payment history, and credit resources.
• Recommend and maintain customer credit limits.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to resolve account issues and support business objectives.
• Assist with reporting, special projects, and other Accounts Receivable and credit activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of credit bureau information.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Working knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne or a comparable ERP system.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgets, and financial disclosures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
