Focus on translating creative vision into technically feasible HTML executions, optimizing animations and responsive resizing, and guiding quality from concept through delivery.
Location: Chicago, IL, USA; eligible for hire in select U.S. locations
Salary: USD 78,280–100,000 yearly

What you will do
- Own HTML media banner projects from concept through delivery with minimal oversight.
- Translate creative vision and brand direction into production-ready digital experiences.
- Apply media specifications, animation best practices, responsive resizing behaviors, and modular thinking.
- Collaborate with Art, Copy, Development, and Experience Design partners on technically feasible solutions.
- Evaluate tradeoffs, resolve execution challenges, incorporate feedback, and maintain production quality.
- Mentor fellow Experience Designers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and leading by example.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience designing HTML media banners in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience contributing to or governing design systems and optimizing creative for performance marketing objectives.
- Proficiency in Figma and timeline-based motion design and animation software.
- Understanding of HTML for media banner production, responsive frameworks, and modular frameworks.
