Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)

Location: Storm Lake, Iowa, United States; onsite role

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, routine wellness services, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and support improved health outcomes.
• Practice autonomously while using clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Collaborate through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
