Senior Project Controls Manager (Construction)

Location: Remote within the United States; project locations listed in Dallas, Texas and Tempe, Arizona

What you will do

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure client value.
• Prepare client project funding documents, owner estimates, and estimate review meetings.
• Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments.
• Manage project schedules, report exceptions, and provide schedule updates.
• Lead risk management reviews and support final contract and purchase order reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly executive and project status reports and maintain communication with key partners.

Requirements

• Experience in program-level project controls, including cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• A degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
