Fullstack/Integration Lead (Palantir Foundry)

Location: McLean, VA, USA; must be local to the DC Metro area and able to attend on-site meetings at the corporate headquarters and customer site.

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the integration of data, ML, AI, Palantir Foundry, and application components into Army Vantage solutions.
• Coordinate technical interfaces, dependencies, architecture decisions, and APIs across integrated components.
• Connect backend analytical and AI capabilities with Foundry and React/TypeScript user-facing applications.
• Work with senior data/ML engineers and Foundry Workshop developers to ensure end-to-end solution compatibility.
• Identify and resolve integration issues, support testing and troubleshooting, and assist with demonstrations and deployment.
• Communicate integration approaches and technical issues to development teams and mission stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, data analytics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, including dimensional modeling for analytical and reporting environments.
• Practical experience with Palantir Foundry/AIP, Python, machine learning, Agentic AI, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating multiple technical components into end-to-end solutions and using AI tools such as LLMs and agents to support development and testing.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Nice to have

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Deeper expertise in Foundry, Python, or Agentic AI.
• Army Vantage or Palantir Foundry implementation experience.
• Army, Department of Defense, or federal mission-system experience.
