Location: Full-time onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark; requires availability at short notice.

What you will do
- Lead consultants across multiple agile teams in a business-critical public-sector delivery.
- Ensure delivery quality, prioritisation, team performance, and effective collaboration across suppliers.
- Coordinate dependencies, risks, staffing, delivery commitments, governance, and reporting.
- Act as the daily customer contact and participate in steering and cross-supplier forums.
- Support onboarding, transition, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute hands-on as a senior technical consultant in one technical area.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading complex software deliveries and multiple agile development teams.
- Strong experience with multi-supplier or multi-vendor delivery, governance, processes, and quality practices.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills, with a pragmatic and collaborative style.
- Broad technical understanding of modern software engineering.
- Experience in public-sector or similarly regulated environments.
- Fluent Danish and English; onsite availability in Copenhagen is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or other business-critical regulated domains.
- Current technical depth in solution architecture, backend, full stack, frontend, DevOps/platform engineering, or quality engineering/test automation.
