Senior Key Resource & Technical Lead – Digital Health

Location: Onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark; availability at short notice is required.

What you will do

• Lead clarification, transition, and mobilisation for a large-scale, business-critical public-sector IT delivery.
• Build technical understanding of the existing application landscape and support knowledge transfer from the outgoing supplier.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and critical technical decisions across complex systems.
• Help establish architecture, engineering practices, and ways of working.
• Facilitate technical discussions across teams and suppliers and onboard the wider delivery organisation.
• Contribute directly in a primary technical role such as architecture, backend, full-stack, platform engineering, or quality engineering.

Requirements

• Significant experience in complex, business-critical IT environments.
• Strong technical depth in a primary discipline and experience across multiple teams and technical domains.
• Experience with integrations, dependencies, and complex system landscapes.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills, including collaboration with external suppliers or partners.
• Ability to create structure in undefined environments and make pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Fluent Danish and English; onsite presence in Copenhagen is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Danish public-sector IT, healthcare, regulated environments, or major transition programmes.
