Reliability Maintenance Technician Co-op (Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Prepare and execute documentation supporting equipment operation and maintenance.
• Support maintenance systems for utility and production processes, including equipment inspection and testing plans.
• Participate in system testing and troubleshooting for production processes.
• Develop process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Implement tools to measure, track, and improve standards compliance.
• Coordinate with process engineers, project managers, internal teams, and external vendors on project activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems Technology or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 and availability to work the hours agreed with the hiring manager.
• Basic understanding of maintenance systems and tools, with mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Interest in industrial equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of plant utility and production equipment, including bioreactors, chromatography, or tangential flow filtration systems.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
